I know out isn't nor will it ever be as good as my Galaxy s5, but how do you improve the sound video quality of the convoy 3?

High quality audio and video is a must, Jamsshort. Let's dig into what's happening. For the audio issue, is this isolated to media only? How is audio on calls? For video, we would expect a pretty large difference, as the camera on your S5 is 16 megapixel, while the camera on the Convoy 3 is 3.2 megapixel.
