Samsung phone now getting screen advertisements with 'dismiss' or 'view'.

Samsung phone now getting screen advertisements with 'dismiss' or 'view'.  I can't figure out how to stop them from coming.  Pressing view just goes returns to my standard phone screen.  Suggestions?

That looks like what it is.  Now just have to figure out how to remove it...

Instructions for deleting/canceling it are toward the bottom of that link.  Hopefully that'll stop the pesky things.
