Add the tax back in to the notice of what is due.I am on prepaid because of a tight budget and I need this information up front not hidden away on the tail end of paying my bill to find out what my true total is. Its was bad enough the Verizon rep DID NOT tell me about this tax coming down the line and then it for some magical reason it increased with out any notice that I got. I do not need to be digging around the site to find out how much more Verizon is gonna try and milk me for this month.
