New to Verizon- transitioning service from Plateau in SE New Mexico on Aug 10. Received my new phone today. Personalizing phone settings and got locked out. Lock code is not 0000, is not last 4 of my number (as it does not exist yet and cannot until Aug 10th). LG says talk to VZW. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
