LG Extravert - where to buy it?

Hi everyone!

I will be travelling to the US in a few days, and would like to get the LG Extravert as a prepaid phone. May I know if I can purchase this phone at a Walmart outlet, or will I have to obtain it through the online store? Can I go to a Verizon shop instead to purchase it? (My location will be in Flagstaff, AZ for a very short period, but I'd like to get the phone at this place.) I will be moving around quite a bit, so getting it quickly and extending my prepaid plan would be very appreciated.

Does the phone come with a prepaid plan already, or do I have to go to a store/access the internet to activate it? I'm thinking of getting the $50/mth unlimited text/calls/web plan. (Any input about web browsing with this phone? I downloaded Opera Mobile into my Nokia and Opera crashed after some weeks of using it.)

Making bookings with the phone - yay/nay?
