|Is anyone else as disgusted with Verizon as I am right now? I have had five defective phones in the past two years. In the past six months I have had two defective LG Cosmos 2 phones. First, people couldn't hear me. Now, the battery is drained after less than twenty fours, during which I have not use the phone at all. My phone has been charging for over two hours and I still cannot use it. If I have any sort of emergency I cannot call 9-1-1. Thanks Verizon so much for your defective phones.|
lexisol, do you live near a corporate Verizon store? Ask them to test your battery and maybe you can get a new one out of it. If that doesn't work, and you're satisfied with everything else about the phone, you can order a new battery on eBay for a few dollars. The Cosmos 2 is a couple years old now, so it's possible the battery is near the end of its life.
