How do I add songs to the playlist?

I had no need of a smartphone so I opted for the Extrovert basic phone on the advice of a Verizon associate who called my home phone.   I was told that this phone enables me to download music, which was my main objective for services above basic phone and text.   But now I don't know how to download music --- can anyone help?
