My phone directory is current in BU assistant.  I want to down load the

directory to this PC as a record of my contacts.

While in your contact list on BUA on verizonwireless.com, click the box Select All to select all your contacts.  The wording will change to Select None... but as long as there is a check next to all the contacts, click the arrow next to the gear icon.

One of the choices is to EXPORT  - it will send a list of the contacts to your pc as a downloadable file ... options as per the next image:
