When you put SIM card in tablet, what goes on the card and what stays on storage on the tablet?. How do you control the card storage to tablet storage?

We know how important it is to have your information stored properly, Reggie123$$$. I have a tablet as well so it can be challenging at first to understand. To clarify the sim card is used to provide the data services to your device. It is not used for storage. The SD card is what you use for your storage and saving your information.

The data that can be stored on the SD card (NOT the SIM card, as the rep pointed out) is stuff like photos, videos, some data from apps, but not the apps themselves.

To use the space, you need to set the options within the app (camera, photo gallery, games, etc) to save things to the SD card.
