Suddenly I am getting a message Titled: Sim Card Change. Followed by "Restart your phone to start using your new sim card."
I have no idea what this is about. I did not do anything with my sim card, and now I can't get past this message to access my phone.
When I restart my phone, I simply get the same message and can't get past it to do anything with my phone.
Do I have some weird virus? Help!
Gen21, we'll help get your phone back in working order. Did you happen to receive any text or email about any SIM card order or change?
