Is anyone out there in the 92277, 92252, 92284 area that has a Galaxy S5 that stopped working?
mine and my wifes quit march 6th, still not working as of today, have no other phone so cant get help chat is useless 99 percent of the time the link in my verizon will not open chat window??
tried new sim card but did not work, sim card from ATT let me make calls???

We want to make sure we get your phones working like a well-oiled machine once again. We do not show any network issues in your area. When you have Wi-Fi turned off, what type of signal display? Does it say "No Service?" or do you have bars of service showing? Does this happen when you are outdoors as well? AliciaD_VZW
