Since a recent update on 10 or 11 Jan 2020 my Samsung phone and watch are not holding a charge as long as before. My phone and watch would hold a charge for three (3) days and now I'm lucky if I can get two (2) days. 

Hope someone can help!!!!

I do not play any games or watch viedos. All I did was an update on 10 Jan 2020 on both my phone and watch. Still lucky if I can get two (2) days on a charge. So NO , my question has not been answered.
