Hello there, Jeberoo. It's odd that your device is having difficulty reading the SD card. I regret that have had to put forth such an effort to resolve this. I can see that you've already attempted Safe Mode and reboots. Have you also attempted a factory reset? If not, I recommend it. The steps you'd need to take are here: http://vz.to/1Ds2tEZ. Be sure to back up your personal data before processing a factory reset, as the procedure does purge all personal information.

wow. I never thought bad things about my note 4.my phone just lost the sd card too.   not too happy with the update.
