Started yesterday, my phone at times will not send mms (group text, or picture messages) and will stop receiving MMS. Specifically I will get an error citing, "Can't get MMS: no mobile data", or "Failed MMS: Turn on Mobile Data". In all of these instances I have mobile data on, and receive sms just fine. Suddenly I then receive multiple mms at once and my messages will finally go through with a delay.
Your support is here! We want to make sure that you can message freely. Thanks for sharing your steps with us. Let's cover a few things. Does your device show a data signal? Are you able to use data? Please make sure that WiFi is disabled on the device? Please try settings>WiFi>off.
