I have a screen behind my screen that I can see

I see a second screen behind the main screen. It's reddish with a microphone, search, voice  Icons that I can sed? Any idea

It's always good to have the right options when you're using your phone, so let's check that out. Do you recognize those icons as being anywhere else within your phone? Do you recall when this first showed up? If you restart the phone, does it go away?

The icons sort of look like  GPS app but not what I have on the phone. It showed up after an update for the phone.
