How can I block outgoing calls?

I need to block a number on my son's phone so he cannot dial out to it. How can this be accomplished?

You can do it online on the Verizon Wireless website.

From the menu bar at the top, navigate to:

My Verizon > My Plan & Services > Blocks

Then select your son's phone, select Blocked Numbers, and add the number to block.

This block only lasts 90 days. You can add a permanent block through verizon's FamilyBase feature.

I'm not sure that will work. The number blocks prevents the selected numbers from calling your phone number.

The Family Base feature might have that option.

You're correct Ann154. Sorry, I must have misread. Yes, it would have to be FamilyBase to block outgoing.
