Having trouble making calls and sending text, what can I do to fix this issue?

I'm having trouble sending calls from time to time. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7, the dialing screen shows up as if it's sending the call but it's not actually making the call. And I'm having trouble sending text messages from time to time, I receive text fine I have trouble replying to text. My reply text keep failing, Any solutions to these issues, please help!
