I upgraded to Android 9 (Pie) on April 4th. Since that update I have not been able to receive phone calls. I wasn't aware of the issue until people told me they tried calling me. I have done a network reset and that didn't help. I rebooted the phone in safe mode but the problem still occurs. I am able to get phone calls right after a reboot but after a few minutes I stop getting phone calls. This problem wasn't happening prior to the update to Android 9.
I don't have any numbers blocked and my Do Not Disturb is not turned on. I am also using Wi-Fi Calling. Has anyone else run into this problem and gotten it fixed? I wish I didn't upgrade now.

I had to do a factory reset to correct the problem. I'm now able to receive phone calls now.
