Galaxy Note 10+ - Calls Ring Once Then Goes Straight to Voicemail

All incoming calls, regardless of carrier, will ring once then go straight to my voicemail. I'm not receiving any missed call notifications as well. Does anybody else have this issue?

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your calls. I know how I depend on my phone for just about everything. I'm more than happy to take a deeper look into this to see if we can pinpoint what's going on, this way it can be resolved quickly. May I have the nearest intersection, city, and state, so I can accurately pinpoint your location? when did this issue start? Are your phone and all of the apps installed up to date on their software?
