I just ordered my unlimited plan sim for my own unlocked Samsung S21 Ultra 5G on 01/02/2022 and received it 2 days ago. When I checked out, I saw that I was getting a $500 rebate for bringing my own device. But, I have no instructions on how to get this rebate and I want to do it before the 30 day deadline. How would I get the rebate?
