I have 4g and 3 bars and having issues opening almost everything.  Clicking something I side FB, says offline try again. Takes for ever to open something.  This is terrible. I also have unlimited family plan with only 2.7 GB used....

network speeds are 5-12mbps at best &can be much slower, especially whn loading pages like fb.

There is a likely source of this issue. Network congestion. If you have the Go Unlimited plan, whenever there is network congestion, your data speeds will be reduced. When congestion eases, speeds return. Moving to a higher tier unlimited plan like Beyond Unlimited can help with this. On the Beyond Unlimited plan, speeds are only reduced after 22GB has been used by that line and with Above Unlimited you get 75GB before congestion affects you.

sorry but network congestion is a poor excuse when paying for premium service.
