I have ran through all the Q&As and previous discussion and I do not see anything to help. I read something about usage control, so I took those off. We have three iPhone 6 phones. My daughter's phone showed activity for the first two days and then it stopped. The restrictions I set on it do not work because she has continued to text and received texts after 10pm. We do have the FIOS wireless internet at home. Any help would be appreciated as I am still in the free trial period and I will be canceling if it can not do this.
Where are you putting the restrictions? If you are putting usage restrictions on Family Base, that only restricts when she is on cellular only. At home, wifi takes over and she can surf and text over wifi (iMessages don't go through the Verizon texting SMS system) outside of Family base restrictions. What happens on wifi is outside of Verizon Wireless control. You also need to put restrictions o your home router.
