Oops something went wrong pop up on limits Smart Family App

For a week now if I try to select the "Limits" opinions (for setting time limits on kids phones) it pops up "Oops something went wrong, try again later.

Ive tried several obvious things-logging out, closing the app out, shut my phone off....

Anyone have recent issues? iPhoneX

Any fixes?

Same problem here.  Tried restarting.  Still won't let me lift the limit on daughter's device.  She is going to kill me.  Help!!
