Can you tell me is there a way I can put a limit or cap on the amount of data for my daughters phone? I would like to be able to have her receive alerts when she is being the Data Hog (oink!) so she can ration her usage.

In addition to the option provided by another community member, you can also consider switching your account to use the currently available plans allowing you to select an unlimited plan option for your line and a tiered data plan option for the kids on your account. The tiered "Just Kids" plan has a limit of 5 GB per month and Safety Mode to prevent data overages.
