Apply filtering to primary parent
Powdered_Sugar

Is there a way for me to apply the filtering system to the primary parent account?  I purchased Smart Family as much for myself as my child, but then I discover I can't apply content filtering to the Primary Parent account, and I can't make another phone the primary parent since it's my Verizon account.

I also can't make my wife's phone a parent for some reason.  (Yes, I read the faq, she is already assigned as an account manager, still can't change her to a parent.)   I also added her a child I the Smart Family app, and now I can't remove her or change her to a parent.

This system is absurd, and very poorly thought out.  It should not be difficult. I pay for the service, I select my wife as the primary parent, and she applies content filtering to my phone.  Instead, I am left frustrated by inept design.

Verizon.  ADD A CONTENT FILTERING OPTION FOR ALL PHONES!
