Yes. I got another phone and I want to keep my number. The new phone isn't with Verizon. I was told I would need my account number to transfer my number. Where do I find my account number?

You have to call into the prepaid customer service number and ask. *611 from your prepaid phone.

I haven't received my statement as of today
