I'm set up for autopay and everymonth it is unable to process. I log onto my verizon and it says it's unable to process, I call to make the payment and it says they are having technical difficulties. What is going on?
and, I just tried the live chat in my verizon and it's busy. Does Verizon not want my money?

This is quite odd, but we don't want you to experience these problems. It's important to have access to all the self serve options we have. Thank you for attempting to use them. Have you verified the information is correct? In reference to account number changes, if it's a debit/credit card, expiration date, different number? Is this for a prepaid or postpay account?
