Messed up step sons phone..help

Ok, so my step son has a cheap phone thru verizon. I added $15 to his phone and was changing him to a daily plan instead of $64 a month plan. Well i accidentally got him a new number and everything and now the $15 is gone. How do I get his old account back on this phone?

Call Customer service  at 1-888-294-6804 if its only been a short time they should be able to get the number back for you.
