new kyocera pro had one week will not recieve calls, but will recieve texts i know u s c. is working on it but phone is useless this way any help is good thanks

It's important to be able to receive calls and we want to help. What message is the other user getting when they try to call? Is this occurring with one specific phone number on US Cellular?

problem solved  took a couple of days but verizon systems took care of it
