Can someone tell me how to uninstall the upgrade? My Wi-Fi doesn't work, my webpages aren't coming up proper, my settings have been hijacked, my data is being eaten up and this upgrade is crap! Clearly all the bugs were not worked out prior to the update being pushed out. Verizon just look at all your unhappy customers! Please help,me fix my phone since this upgrade screwed it all up.

This is not the experience we want you to have with our devices and updates justice0099. I can understand the frustration of this issue. Have you tired to clear the app cache and browser history?  Here are some links to help with those steps http://vz.to/184iVSm , http://vz.to/1O3eF9a . I would also try disabling the wifi connection and setting it up again. If the above steps do not work, the last step is a factory reset. Make sure all your data is backed up before performing this step. Keep us posted.

Sorry for the trouble Justice0099. We can troubleshoot the issue with you in effort to correct this. You would be unable to uninstall the update.  Please share details about what happens when you try to connect to a wifi network?

My phone still is not working properly due to the ineffective update your company pushed out. I've not received a response and want this resolved asap. I've been a verizon customer for over 15 years and expect better from your company!
