That's a great question, mjj162. Once a text message has been sent, you can delete it from your own device, but you will not be able to delete it from the device you sent it to without having physical access to that device. This will not remove all traces of the text in your call records.

All text messages are encrypted on the SIM card and can be recalled at any time with the SIM card. Best bet is to use Facebook Messanger.
