I was upgrading to lollipop, and downloading the software update from Verizon. The screen would say "Updating Software from Verizon" and the progress bar would reach the halfway point, but then the phone would restart itself and the update all over again, only to repeat this process for about 4 hours until the phone died. Now when I plug it in, it wont charge at all. Anyone else have this issue?
I have no fix for this as I replaced 3 LG G2s for the same reason.
I was afraid of that, thanks for the reply.
Well, it isn't a foregone conclusion, but install failures seem to kinda...brick a phone as they say. Warranty exchanges were all I could do.
