Our entire neighborhood started experiencing service problems at the same time. 30004 Milton GA. All of us have tried the service number with no results. What is the problem, and what can we do about it? Service extender doesn't work -- and why should we pay sfor something to enable service we already pay for?

We know how important it is to have service where you need it most. Are you having concerns with calls, text or data? What signal is showing at the top of the device? When you step outside, does the service improve?

You keep going in circles -- telling us that the problem is our phones, or our individual signals, trying to sell us $250 range extenders. Asking us to perform the same stupid tests. Take a deep breath and say this out loud:: THIS HAPPENED TO EVERY VERIZON CUSTOMER IN A NEIGHBORHOOD OF 70 HOMES, AND IT HAPPENED ON THE VERY SAME DAY. You broke something. You changed something, Why can't you just admit that? Telling us how important our business is has become an absolute joke. If you cared, you would have fixed this by now. Or at least somebody, somewhere could tell us the truth. For most of us, it's not if we're switching to AT&T, but when.
