This apparently recent android update basically wiped out all my phone contacts, call history, phone and app settings. I can't even use my Verizon Apps. The only warning I received of this update was when my battery life suddenly dropped to none last night and had to charge it.
Please advise.

Was your information backed up using Verizon Cloud or another source?
