LG G5 power button not working, cycles on/off

My G5 power button does not work and the screen cycles on and off. This is my second G5 after the first one was brought in and covered under warranty. I am still paying for a phone that should work. It is protected, never gets wet and has never been dropped.

Can you tell us more about the power button not working? Do you have any trouble with the physical button being pressed down and released?

Is the screen cycling on/off consistently by itself? Are you still able to get to the main screen of your device?
