I have 2 of these phones on my plan and they have both developed a screen issue that appears to be an old antenna TV that has lost good signal. Is this a known issue? How do I fix it?
Sullenberger2009, we never want anyone to have a screen issue on their phone. We are here to help. Checking with LG, we are not seeing that they stated what is happening with your phones is a known issue. The phones do come with a 1 year warranty.

My LG G5 has some burn in too but I have sat on this device many times So I can't say that it's anything that LG can fix
