My step-daughter(an adult not living in my house) has a U.S. Cellular monthly pay-as-you-go Samsung smartphone that is badly damaged. I still have my old galaxy S5 from before I upgraded to a new device. Is it possible for me to give her my old phone to use with her plan?
sure, just do a reset & she'll start with a new old phone...........but she ought to check if the phone is compatible with us cellular.
i still use my old s5 quite a bit on wi-fi only!!
@HUGSEA22 Having a damaged phone is never fun. We're here to help. One thing that I would highly suggest before giving the S5 to your daughter is checking to see if it's compatible on the U.S. cellular network. I'm curious, would your daughter possibly be interested in joining our prepaid services? https://www.verizonwireless.com/prepaid/?intcmp=INT-SITESEARCH-REDIRECT-PREPAID
