I have a Droid Maxx. I can no longer send email, because "storage space is getting low. Service has been disabled." I have nearly 2 gb of free space, and ~800 mb of my 2 gb of RAM available, though. What is stopping me from sending email?
We want to address your concerns with your e-mail. What steps, if any, have you taken to resolve the issue on your own? If you have not done so already, please power cycle your device.

Could it be the email account on your server is low on space, not the phone? What email is it - something like Yahoo or Gmail, or a custom domain email?
