I have 4 phone numbers in my call log that were originally voicemails that cannot be deleted whatsoever. The actual voicemail has been deleted a long time ago, but any time I try to delete the call log, everything will be deleted except those 4 numbers. Is there anyway to get rid of them without doing a hard reset?
It’s certainly strange that these four call log records seem to hold on despite their original voicemails being deleted, and your entire call log history deleted as well. You’re with a great group of experts here who are ready to help out, bigred3. We certainly want the hard reset to be a last resort for this issue. Please share more details. What phone model do you have? Are there any other issues going on with the phone that you’d like us to look into?
