I have had fine service up until about a week ago. Enough signal to even stream from, now we can barely make a phone call! And cannot get on the internet at all. And it's very odd, occasionally they'll be 3 bars and 3G, but only briefly and then back to 1 bar. I mean did the tower malfunction? It makes it very difficult when you're having to work from home. I read on here this was the best place to get a response from Verizon, as I tried their "chat" feature and it had an error, go figure. I'm having to use a different phone to even be on this website (ATT service)...

CS doesn't deal with service issues. Support here seems pretty scripted.
If there is a service problem, you need to speak to tech so they can put in a network ticket.
Volume is extremely low so I have to press against my ear. Volume works when I have an earpiece on or revert to speaker.
Tech support on this is script and excuses and hung up on been trying for several months same issue I get one bar at times told four weeks ago a schedule tech where a tech would actually go-to the tower and fix it not happened yet just get same scripts and excuses
Ugh! Their customer service does not sound good! I have always had much better luck with them over ATT traveling to many very rural areas of the country. But losing service in my own house is ridiculous!
