In the last two weeks, I have experienced a significant drop in signal strength at my home. On the second floor, I previously saw signal strength of 4 bars. Now it is only one and sometim s two bars. I can no longer place calls, and when I receive calls, they are dropped in the first fifteen seconds.
There has has been no significant construction in the area. I am using an IPhone 7s with a recent version of IOS. I have not made any changes to my phone or my service plan any time recently.
Degb, what signal sttrength are you getting? Did you take a speed test at www.speedtest.net yet? If not, pleaes do so and send a screenshot our way so that we can see what we're working with!
