Promotional Trade-In Not Honored

There's a problem with the trade-in promotion on phones of iPhone 4 or higher for 579.99 toward an iPhone 12 series.  Today, I got an email saying it was a different device than expected--though the IMEI numbers are an exact match.  It then says "Better qualifying promotion found".  What is going on????

I got the same thing.  Over 2 weeks no call back.  Good luck.

No promotion was applied, original receipt at your end says expected device received and then later was change to not.  Two call ins say promotion should have been honored, first saying will be fixed in 24 hours, second saying to allow more time.  Need this fixed still.
