Pre-Paid to post-Paid promo

I'm getting mixed answers on this from various people and places. I have 2 Pre-Paid lines and Verizon is currently running a $450 per line promo for switching with a bring-your-own-phone promo. Is this only for people coming from another carrier or can it be used by Verizon Pre-Paid customers?

I can probably answer my own question after a little more research. I haven't had the Pre-Paid lines 6 months so it appears that would be the deal breaker if nothing else.

Rearnold864, the last thing we would ever want is for you to be provided with incorrect information. We are here to provide you the accurate information you deserve. To qualify for the BYOD you must have another carrier. Verizon prepaid to Verizon postpaid would not qualify since you are already a Verizon customer. JacobG_VZW
