This is ridiculous! I cannot believe the service is horrible! Dropped calls, buffering internet, text latency, on a phone you rely on for work. This has been an ongoing performance issue for Verizon. I wish I had never renewed a contract with you.... unfortunately it is effecting my job and my wallet negatively. Leaving your network for reliability issues is a choice I am being forced to make! 72712 -64856 Northwest AR and Southern MO . Are you ever going to restore service?

Receiving world-class service you can rely on is always crucial. We want to keep you connected and make sure your phone suits all of your needs, including those of your job. We certainly wouldn't want to see you leave the Verizon family. I looked into these areas and I don't show any sort of ongoing service issue. It sounds like you're dealing with a lot though. When did these issues start? Do you know if others in the area are having similar issues?
