Custom Experience - Privacy Issue

I just learned that Verizon's Custom Experience "service" is opt-out, meaning that Verizon automatically signs you up for a "service" which effectively spies on you. I opted out, but this is a breach of trust and makes me consider switching providers. Shame on you, Verizon.

i'm trying to opt out too. i can't find the option on "my verizon" page. the app on my phone won't accept "decline". seems i HAVE TO accept to then opt out via the phone app. heck with that.
where is the link on ppl's "my verizon" page to opt of this CE?
