Call drops

When I am on the phone w one person in my contact list...the call consistently drops after 3 to 8 minutes.  This happens every time we talk.  It not her phone because I called from my daughters phone (an iPhone) and it didnt happen.   We both have Samsung Note 9's.  Any ideas?

Pterry07, this is something we never want you to experience with your calls. Let's look into this. What city/state are you in, and what is the nearest intersection to you? We would like to check the area. When did this first start, and have there been any changes or updates to the device?  EricaG_VZW
