How do you get them to stop charging for and get credit for 6 months of charges for a line I didnt ask for and have never used in the 6 months we have been charged?

If neither you nor any account manager on your account authorized this transaction at all, you need to contact Verizon Wireless immediately. Whoever opened up a line of service in your name has taken over your account.

More specifically, you need to call the police to file an identity theft report, get a copy of that report, and then call Verizon Wireless's Fraud Department and provide that same copy.

Jules6193, it's important to us that your account is reflecting correctly. We can definitely address your inquiry. We just need some additional details. What is the device shown on the line in question when reviewing your bill? Did anyone from your account purchase or provide that device for a new line of service? If the device was not activated to the account by someone from your account, then it would need to go through our Fraud department. That team can be reached at 888-483-7200, option 3 and are available Sun - Sat from 7am to 11pm ET.
