Anyone know how to get in touch with someone who can actually solve issues? The past 6 months have been an endless nightmare with simply trying to upgrade 2 devices and add a new device and new line. Multiple orders stuck in limbo and re-ordered... trade in's not processed... countless of trips to the local store and online chat and phone chat only to be ran in circles over and over again between them.
