moto z force backorder

hi on 2/9 i order the z force and the expected ship date was 2/15. now it says 2/13 and when i called customer service i was told it is on backorder and i would get an email when it ships. i am just wondering how long do backorders usually take to ship?

It depends on how many are backordered.
