I recently upgraded my phone to a Turbo 2. My voicemail box, however, keeps saying that it is full when other people try to call me. I have tried logging in on my phone and get a message saying the mailbox is full, but when I press "1" to listen to messages, it says I have none. I have also tried logging in to my voicemail from another phone with the same results. How do I reset the voicemail so that I can receive messages?
